A WhatsApp chatbot we built for the logistic business so their customers can get shipment updates after hours without waiting for the office to open. It runs on ArkClaw (BytePlus), pulls live data from the client's Master Data, and passes anything tricky to a human agent.
The POC gives the business one WhatsApp inbox instead of five, keeps things inside WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging window, and lets the team drop PDFs into a Knowledge Base the bot can read.
Eng Thai's CS team is not on the clock 24/7, but the trucks are. So a customer who wants a status update at 11pm just waits until morning.

The POC pulls all of that into one number. The AI answers shipment questions straight from the Master Data, logs the conversation, and only pings a human when it actually needs to.
