Logistic Ai Assistant (ArkClaw)

A WhatsApp chatbot we built for the logistic business so their customers can get shipment updates after hours without waiting for the office to open. It runs on ArkClaw (BytePlus), pulls live data from the client's Master Data, and passes anything tricky to a human agent.

The POC gives the business one WhatsApp inbox instead of five, keeps things inside WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging window, and lets the team drop PDFs into a Knowledge Base the bot can read.

Agent Workspace

Agent Workspace is a WhatsApp Business console for teams that want an AI to handle inbound chats first and humans to step in when they want to. One screen covers the live inbox, the customer record, support tickets, and the sales conversion log. The same app is where admins upload the AI's instructions, skills, and grounding documents.

The inbox has three columns: conversation list on the left, the chat in the middle, the customer's profile on the right. Flip the AI toggle off and the chat is yours; flip it back on when you're done. From the customer panel you can drop a quick template, raise a ticket, or log a converted sale.

Virtual Try-On (VTO)

A mobile Virtual Try-On for a Malaysian modest-fashion brand. The shopper uploads one photo and the AI shows them wearing any item from the catalog — kaftans, kurungs, prayer wear, shawls, pants, shirts, accessories — without taking the hijab off or breaking modesty rules.

Two flows: try a single product from its page, or try the whole cart at once. The cart flow composites every item in the bag onto the same customer in one image.
